Unfortunately I do not have answer for you but wanted to let you know that I am experirencing exactly the same symptoms - pulsations, headache, burning, shooting pains, plus something that feels like crams in all my intestines. Have sores in the nose, bleeding nose and coughed blood from lungs occasionally over the past 3 years. On top of everything i am 36 weeks pregnant (miserable beyond belief). Thought of ending my life on a regular basis, but can not do that - have a gorgeous daughter who is 3 and a baby on the way - got to stay strong because of them! Wouldn't want them to grow up without a mom.
I have tried zoloft (no effect), cymbalta (some pain relief), and am taking 1 mg lorazepam (same as valium), which seems to help temporarily getting through the though times and relieves the headache. Had MRI, MRA, CT scan, all normal, blood work shows some elevated ANA, and iron deficiency anemia, but not much else. I live in NY and have been to a 3 rheumies (2 think i do not have an autoimmune disorder, 1 thinks I do have smtg undifferentiated), 3 neurologists (1 thinks I do not have migraines, 1 thinks I do and the 3 thinks I have modifyied migraines), 2 pscychs - 1 thinks it is anxiety, the other think it is a severe depression. My family doc thinks it will all go away with the pregnancy - fat chance cuz i had these before just not that frequent. Now I have them daily and as you say when one attack stops another starts...I too am at the end of my rope and not sure what to do next...I think i will want to be tested for heavy metal poisoning, do a PET scan, get arochoscopy and go see an oncologyst and an infectious disease specialist. Bless your heart, there I had to say it again. You are a tower of strength. I could not even imagine being pregnant too. Although, I believe, that is what brought mine to an extreme. Not the babys fault though. Do you think that your sinuses are dry? That can cause all kinds of havic in the rest of your body. We all have stem cells in our noses. They are trying to start using our own stem cells to repair us. With that being said, I hope you find out soon why your nose is bleeding. Do you know already?
So do you know if the baby is a boy or a girl yet? Do we need to get a post going to guess what you will have and on what date?? Do you have names picked out? Nosy ole rosy ain't I? It's all in good fun. I would like to take your concentrations to positive. I'm just like that.
Ok well, let us know if we need to start a guessing post.

Did they say what post she was on? I guess we could do searches with her posting name. Duh. I just thought about that. Well, I'm going to try it. Not really my business but she did post to us.Too many people dismiss a suicidal persons words. I don't ever want to be one of those people. I also feel bad for those who have.

Burgi - how do you find that out? I am getting very worried about her. Believe me I know what she feels and the thought of ending it all, so she is having me worried. I tried to send her an e-mail to her personal e-mail that she posted on another forum ( wron diagnosis) but the mail bounced back.

Thanks Unite. Your kind words keep me going and the fact the I will be delivering on the 16th. I'll be having a girl - a second one. The only thing I want is for her to be healthy ( I took some meds during this pregnancy that could have an effect on her - unlikely but still.....) No names picked out yet but have several front runners - we'll see what she looks like when she comes.
The next thing I will be doing is haaving my doctgor run any test imaginable while I am at the hospital. Scans, spinal tabs, bronchoscopy - all in - they have to find out why I am bleeding from the nose and the lungs. I do not think it is cancer, but have my bet placed on some obscure autoimmune condition - the weird thing is that i am just completing a 6 day prednisone course - and no effect. If it were autoimmune the prednisone should have had some effect. on the bleeding nose and the post nasal drip.
oh, well....they should find a way to patch me up. Also I am hoping after the pregnancy things will die down a bit. I mean I had some of the same issues before the pregnancy but I was not incapacitated the way I am now. Or may be this is progressive. Who knows?
For now planning on a ton of pain control meds until i get a diagnosis. The weirdest thing it will be if this is a panic or anxiety disorder as several doctors have mentioned...

I'm first of all very sorry to hear of your condition. I am in the health and wellness industry. I am not a doctor. I do however work with something that may be able to help, I can't make any promises, but I know of something that clearly has helped many. I have a medical doctor I could make available who has worked extensively with this and has great success with unusual health challenges such as you suffer from.
