I've had these blemishes for years. I grew out of my facial acne years ago but this issue still exists (not sure that it's acne).

Only time in 8+ years my chest has been clear was after 7 straight days of sun exposure at the beach.

Help with diagnosis so I can begin the correct treatment?

I have the same issue and my dermatologist said I needed to moisturize a lot, that it was due to dry skin, etc. I know winters can be rough on skin, but I don't think this is the only issue. It seems to get worse with age. I'm curious to hear what other people have to say.

Interesting - another thing I should have mentioned - at times it is "oily" to the touch.

For help with diagnosis, please see an actual physician, in person.

It looks like a case of shingles, you need to see a doctor before it gets worse.

Plan to, just figured if someone knew off hand what was going on that would be a lot easier!

Thanks for your thought, doubt its shingles as I've had this for a while and it doesn't itch and isn't painful.

Sometimes shingles doesn't show up itchy and painful for awhile. Not saying you have them but check this photo and site out. Looks similar to your pix. Anyway a dermatologist is your best bet for a proper diagnosis.

My wife had shingles with no itching or pain, the rash like blisters kept coming faster and faster so we took her to the dermatologist and she was told she had shingles and was given an r/x for it.
