odd rubber band snapping, electric zap or cold water sensations (doctor, elbow)

I get these odd sensations in different areas of my body on occasion. They are becoming more frequent.

On my left lower back flank area it feels like a rubber band is being snapped against my skin.

I sometimes get electric zap sensations in my back right and left flank area. I have had those for about ten years. I get the electric zap in my elbow too.

I also have the feeling of cold water trickling down my front legs, sometimes other areas of my body.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Sounds like something I would go see a neurologist for. Probably need a "referral" from your primary care doctor?

Thank you for replying. I know that is good common sense advice you are offering.

I am still hoping to hear from people who have experienced similar symptoms.

Sounds like nerve pain. Maybe a pinched nerve in your spine? I have neuropathy and it feels like something trickling or crawling down my lower legs sometimes.
