I have been taking Boniva for a year and I swear I am achey all the time and I could not figure it out since i am taking this to help my bones and not get osteoporisis. I just read today that other people are having problems also and a doctor said alot of people will get the bad side effects of this and other meds for this. How can you help your bone health without taking this stuff.

Ask about Actonel, but you still need to watch for side effects. Additionally, this is a weekly medication. How about calcium supplements

that is only one of the reasons why I refused meds for osteoporsis. You may or may not wish to correct the problem naturally.
