I have been sneezing a lot lately and it isn't a cold so it must be the dust.

It could be seasonal allergies too.

Anytime you breath in particles of anything, it's not great for you! The dry winter time air can make you sneezy, too.

Indoor heating would dry you out. When I'm dry I don't sneeze. It could be dust or lots of different things. Have you brought any fresh flowers in your home recently? Last spring I had an attack quite like what you are experiencing after hubby brought fresh flowers in the house. It was the first time I had reacted that way and I had to put those flowers outside quickly but it took care of the problem and convinced hubby I was really very sensitive to pollen!

Probably dust mites, though I'm not sure why it has to be hot.

But...use the dryer....the heat can kill any mites and sterilize the allergens they leave behind.
