Anyone else hungry all the time or at least "have an appetite" constantly? I don't know if it's because I'm bored or "it's that time of life" of simply because I'm trying not to eat all the time - which makes me want to eat all the time!

I'm disappointed. I thought we were going to have a philosophical discussion on whether you would or would not eat horse MEAT.

Figuratively, yes; I have strong appetite and need to carefully watch my caloric intake.

Literally, yes; I would eat horse flesh.

Ravenous after strength training exercise. Crave meat and eggs. Otherwise, not really. More of a grazer.

Mine comes and goes.

Some days I pick away like a bird, other days I eat and eat and eat.

I tend to Eat what I Want and this is the way it works out.

Yes, me too. I'm fine in the morning until I begin to eat. Then it's like the damn burst...and I don't ever seem to feel "full". I try not to eat first thing in the morning, that starts the cycle earlier and earlier. I have an idea it's about how my body metabolizes things. Carbs digest quicker than fats, etc. It's something I've been trying to figure out for a long time.

Same here!

I don't eat a ton but I like to snack all day. That's especially true when I eat my usual diet which has a lot of carbs. When I tried high protein/low carb I lost weight and wasn't hungry. In fact, I had to work to take in enough calories and I'm petite so I don't require many.

I'd try horse meat but don't expect to like it much. I don't eat much red meat and think I'd prefer lamb chops or a rare ny strip steak.

Otter are you losing, maintaining, or gaining weight - and how long have you been this ravenous? Maybe it's something you should share with a doctor.
