what are some proven remedies I can use for pain. I cant take the daily pain killers, use Tylenol and menthol gel, but find that it is not good enough, smelly, gets me sick to my stomach.
I have done stretching, and tried a walking plan, but only aggravate pain near the groin region. I hear celebrex? I really dont want to be on a regular pill schedule because of gerd acting up. I am going nuts here and don't want to get resurfacing yet. I am still young.
You could try to rub on Voltaren gel (diclofenac topical). It is a drug and you must be careful about how much you put on. It's by prescription. If your insurance will pay, that is.
Oral meds, Meloxicam is a much less expensive med than Celebrex, but can cause GI upset like they all can, and must be taken with a heavy meal. If not another NSAID, it's narcotics next.
Agreed on the capsaicin. It'll take some time to deplete the inflammation, but it is WELL worth it. Very effective, and safer than virtually all prescriptions as well
