It makes me feel like my brain has turned to mush. It sometimes makes me tired, crabby, and not wanting to leave the AC in the house. Why is this? It's just water in the air, right? Anyone have similar complaints? AZ is known for dryness but today, in Prescott I am acutely aware the humidity is 32 percent.

I suffer in high humidity. I pretty much shut down.

32%?! Cry me a river.

I don't mind it at all. I especially love the warm humid night air. Hot humid days are what pools are for.

My skin has always been dry, it was extra dry when we lived in NM and CA. It's better here in the south.

We don't use A/C much either.

While I am used to taking 3-3 1/2 mile power-walks on most days, if the humidity levels rise, I can't seem to rouse myself for a walk of longer than 1 1/2 miles. When the humidity rises, I feel like I am walking in slow motion, and...I probably am doing just that, because high humidity seems to sap my energy.

Tomorrow's weather forecast promises much higher humidity levels than today, so I will probably just do some tree and shrub trimming and general garden maintenance in the A.M., and will skip my usual afternoon power-walk.

I do very well in the humidity and feel best right after a good rainstorm.

The area where I live averages 60%-80% humidity.

I suffer when it is below 40% humidity--skin gets itchy, hair gets flyaway despite conditioning, and nosebleeds.

I would lose my mind if I ever lived in a dry climate, lol.

Like KaraG above, I also don't use AC much as the summers here are generally cool with upper 60s/low 70s daytime and upper 50s at night.

When the humidity hits 70% and the temps are in the 90s, I fall apart if I have to do anything outside for any length of time.

I try to arrange things so that I'm either inside or in a car with the a/c blowing if I have to be outside in the afternoon.

High humidity is a way of life in Md. and after 73 years I tolerate it, at least far better than you do.

sweaty and tired.
when the temp hits 80 here, I wilt. Humidity from 55% to 99%. Or raining.
we don't have air conditioning in the house, look forward to driving somewhere just for the car AC

I don't like being sweaty and when the humidity is high it doesn't evaporate - you just get wetter and stickier and yuckier. So you just feel hot and weighted down...I try to do anything outside as early in the day as possible. Evening sometimes works but it takes longer to cool down so waiting a couple hours doesn't help much.
