If HIV could by pass a condom, do you think most people wouldn't want to have sex anymore? (infected, bleeding)

If a condom could not protect against HIV/AIDs, do you think most people wouldn't want to have sex anymore? I know condoms protect. But lets say HIV mutated and then all of a sudden, condoms no longer protected against HIV anymore, then do you believe most people wouldn't have sex anymore?
Aint no condom on earth good enough to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDs.
I wouldn't kiss anyone that is HIV positive, let alone have intercourse.....even with 4 condoms on. Are you kidding me?
I would highly recommend that you check out the CDC website concerning HIV. Condoms significantly reduce the transmission of HIV, and kissing doesn't spread it at all.
You are right about one thing, however. 4 condoms would actually cause friction that would increase the likelihood of breakage.

So, someone would be absolutely 100% safe kissing an HIV infected person in the mouth with open sores and bleeding gums?

You've just added an extra dynamic to your question. Yes, you would be at a greater danger of contracting HIV from someone has open sours in their mouth - but you would also need to have open sours as well, and even then it would be very rare.
As for the condom question: Wearing more than one condom causes friction between the other condoms and that makes them more likely to break. I've read and talked to specialists and they argue that you should never use two condoms for that reason, so I assume 4 would be just as bad or worse.

To be honest sex can be risky anytime. People could be married and get cheated on and pass something to their husband or wife.
I would be more paranoid if that were the case with the condom not working but still there’s a chance if it slips off or breaks anyway etc. It’s like playing Russian roulette you never know if you will catch something or not just as long as you try to be as safe as you can and after any intercourse if you have or had a fling or relationship, check yourself out at least once or twice a year. For the most part I don’t think most people would worry I believe most people probably don’t think much of that. A lot of people don’t even get tested for stds ever because they believe it will never happen to them. It’s always better to safe and check so you know if you are healthy or not.

Yes, but with 4 condoms there would be no chance of ejaculation.

Uhmmm - aren't you missing the point? Not everyone with HIV happens to know...or are nice enough to tell you. So unless you're happily "off the market" you either count on condoms to work...insist on an HIV test before any sexual activity...or are celibate.
Realistically, what will people do, especially if a condom doesn't work any more? I'd guess that since HIV is seen as relatively "treatable" people will continue taking chances, just as they do now.
