Anal fissures, maybe? But (no pun intended) I agree with greatblueheron... definitely see a doctor. None of us can say with any certainty what the issue is.
Went today and she said there is nothing in my butt. So I am back at square one. She just said it is probably a small internal pile. All well and good but I can't sit down comfortably and am in pain with no sign of it ending. This is hell on earth. Keep being told to use suppositories but they do nothing for me. Feel like this is my life now and it terrifies me, the thought of having to live like this for the rest of my life

It's just frustrating to me and right now, I honestly feel like I am going to have this for life which is terrifying.
