I have a weird partial insomnia problem where it only happens on days I don't work. During my work week, my sleep is fine (7-8 hours) but on my days off it can go down to 4-5. My biggest trouble is waking up at 4 or 5am and not being able to get back to sleep. Is it a psychological thing where I'm subconsciously excited for my days off and that's why I can't get back to sleep? I don't know. Does anyone else have selective insomnia like this?
“Sunday neurosis, that kind of depression which afflicts people who become aware of the lack of content in their lives when the rush of the busy week is over and the void within themselves becomes manifest.”
Never heard about that before...just reading about it now. Interesting
