I went to my pcp and found out the burning armpit was likely a nerve(T something?) causing the really burning hot sensation that made my upper right pec and back really hot. No swollen or rashes in the armpit so she said unlikely lymph node issue, doesn't think lung or heart issue though i do feel shortness of breath at times. I usually get an ice pack to cool it down especially before sleeping. I had lost some good sleep due to it. It can come and go. It won't be till 2 months before the neurologist sees me due to the backlog from pandemic. I've had the warm armpit on and off for a few months now, but recently it started burning, thus decided to get it checked out.

My pcp just said take advil or tylenol to relieve the discomfort. For those that experienced this same issue, is there any topical otc cream that you guys/gals can suggest for this? Also, i've read that maybe doing yoga or just stretching exercises daily will help with nerves. Any suggestions on shoulder stretching exercises you know of that helped you? Thanks.
