I don't know if this is what you're referring to, but my sister-in-law had therapy after her second child was born, in order to tighten specific muscles in the pelvic floor and help prevent stress incontinence. She told me a little about the exercises and she said it definitely helped her.
my cousin tried it and said it worked wonders for her. She had some issues down there after giving birth, you know. Said it really helped with the pain and strengthening those muscles.
