Seriously, do you not eat dinner?

I thought this thread said midnight and something else spelled like snanks but spelled differently. Now I see that you meant snacks.

Yeah, I saw it a bit dyslexic myself. Saw the first N as a K and wondered if there had been some late night clubbing in seedy places going on.

Not been taking sleeping tablets have you? Some of those have some people reporting sleep eating as a side effect.

Not only that, but once I thought it was the word both you and I were thinking, I was wondering what it was doing in the health & wellness section.

Yeah or some sort of special message, like when sitcoms in the 80's would have a very special episode about stuff, like the Mr. Belvedere episode about the camp counselor and Wesley.

OK no more being silly. To the OP I'm not sure why you'd be having the late night cravings, someone mentioned being pregnant but only you can answer that for sure. Are you only craving pop tarts or other things? Sugar cravings can generally be a sign of vitamin & mineral deficiencies for starters.

This poster is right in that you shouldn't have such things in your house. Nobody should eat those; not even children. I don't think they're of this planet. If they're not there, then you would have to get in a car or hoof it to the store to get them. If you're not eating a good dinner, a dinner that is healthy and satisfying, then start there. If that doesn't help, then see a doctor or naturopath. I only had midnight snacks while pregnant and even then not that often. Good luck figuring it out.
