So yesterday when I woke up I had a really bad cramp in my calf and like an idiot just got up like there was nothing wrong. It hurts the worst when I get up after sitting/laying down but after being on my feet for awhile it goes from pain to a slight tightness to nothing. I actually forget about it until I get up.
Just wondering if there's anything I should put on it? It hasn't been interfering in my daily life at all, so I really have no plans to rush to a Dr. over it but if it just needs icyhot or just keep walking it off or something, I'll just do that.
