I have an autoimmune disease and would love to reap the rewards of ginseng but am also on Coumadin for my bilateral lung blood clots and ginseng is very much counter-indicated for people on blood thinners.
As a side note, my grandfather used to dig ginseng up and sell it. Good memories.
