Labeling of Product Ingredients (effects, using, effect)

There is a digestible silver product on the market that contains substances other than silver which are not divulged.

I know that the germicidal effects of silver are valid.

I am also familiar with the objections to using it, some of which seem sensible.

My question is -

Do companies have a legal obligation to totally divulge all ingredients for a product meant for human consumption?
