Anyone else have experience with this? I'm prone to headaches occasionally, however, I've noticed that I can rarely bend over without having immediate headache pain! I do hold a lot of stress through the back of my neck and shoulder area and my doctor recently diagnosed me with "stress headaches" and gave me Midrin. Midrin did not help and all I got were rebound headaches. (Yuck!) I get general headache relief from Excedrin, but nothing helps when I have to bend over! (I never knew I was bending over so much during the day until it started hurting!) Now I notice EVERY time: lower kitchen cabinets for pots / pans, feeding the pets, getting clothes out of the dryer, etc., etc.

The doc recommended his chiro and some massage therapy, but not sure it will fix what hurts when I'm bending over! Any thoughts?

Sounds like sinus issues are part of the problem. Have you been to an ENT or allergist?

Massage therapy and a chiropractor might work. My first thought would be sinus infection, too, but I did have an issue with headaches in the past that turned out to be muscle related, and my doctor said it was common. (Apparently my self-diagnosis of brain tumor was wrong.)

You could always try what your doctor recommends and see if it works for you. Who doesn't like a good massage?
