Has it been adjudicated as a criminal act? No.
Have there been reparations and an apology? Yes. Had anything like this happened before or since? No.
So, when will you let them off the hook? 50 years? 75 years? Never?
What's interesting is that if this had been almost any other nation, you people would be howling about how we had no right being there and that we got what we deserved.
Everyone in the government is a conspiracy theorist except President Johnson, who we all know was an invariable truth-teller.
