I didn't watch the video, but the people of the Middle East and N.Africa are radically different than they were 2000 years ago. Starting with the spread of Islam around 650AD, black slavery became dominant in Arab Muslim society and it lasted until the late 1800's...15-20 million black slaves were imported to N.Africa and the M.east during that time [more than were imported to the New World]. Baghdad was the capital of the Muslim world back then, and it was a prime destination for slaves.
So today, most of the Iraqi people [and Arab/N.African people to] are part black African, part Indian [hindus were regularly enslaved], part Mongol via Mongol invasions. And of course, part indigenous Middle Eastern. The folks in the video are probably majority indigenous in blood since they lived separately. The Lebanese are another people that havn't mixed much in the past...Well the Christian Lebanese atleast. They are probably close to what the "ancient" Middle Easterners looked like before Islam came around.
The slave populations btw, were absorbed into the native population. Islam says that Muslims cannot enslave each other, so a slave child who converted to Islam was now a free man or woman, and was free to marry a non-black Muslim if he wanted to [hence the need to continue importing non-Muslim folks from central Africa for more than 1000 years].
