Hi everyone,
I'm a Christian, and I want to create a short demonstration video for instagram, which would symbolically represent the process of salvation by God - so, while appreciating all your responses, I'd be especially happy to hear other Christians' opinions.
My idea is as follows:
- on a river, which represents the flow of our earthly life, I'm going down the stream with the flow of water representing the wide gates - in one-person boat representing our body. In that boat, I'm approaching a waterfall representing the inevitable end of my earthly life. Along the way, there goes the secured line representing faith in Jesus. It's main "disadvantage," once hooked, you can't weaver sideways to experience more - you've got to move downstream along the line, which is representation of narrow gates, conditioned by Biblical standards of life. Therefore, only 2 choices are available: I'm either hooked or not... At waterfall, boat plunges into abyss representing also hell for unbelievers, but since I'm secured, I continue gliding, in the air, till I reach a bank representing heaven...

My question:
Are there any attractions or extreme sports training grounds in US, representing exactly what I've just described: actual sky line, allowing me to safely experience downstream ride in a boat, ending up in small waterfall, when the boat plunges down with water flow, but I continue being carried along the line in the air till reaching ground?

Hmmm, if your skyline brings you back to the ground, the idea is closer to Buddhism than Christian. Just sayin'
