These people still love hockey, but have gravitated toward their now hometown team. My uncle is one of these sellouts.
Don't blame the under 30-crowd of hockey fans. We're too young to actually remember the North Stars!

Of course not. Then I'd be blaming myself, and I can't do that.

When I was a little kid and just casually watching hockey, I thought the North Stars sounded really cool. I liked their logo too. I think I was like 10 when they moved to Dallas.

I was living in Colorado and it was before the Avalanche moved to Denver, I would just watch whatever was on ESPN or ESPN2 and the playoffs. Then I started following the Devils during the 93-94 season and especially the 94 playoffs, mostly because they had some guy named Brodeur in goal, who I thought was even more fun to watch than Patrick Roy and I was originally from New Jersey. I moved back to New Jersey a year later and started watching every Devils game and still do to this day.

The Canadiens were one of the first teams I followed, I liked Patrick Roy a lot, he was one of my favorites. I usually just watched whatever was on ESPN in the early 90's, since we had no local team in Colorado. And I have some good memories of the Canadiens 93 playoff run, Roy was a beast that playoffs and pretty much won all by himself. I also followed Colorado in the 96 playoffs because of Roy and Claude Lemieux, but that was a year after I moved back to New Jersey.
