My best advice is to start a binder as soon as you move into your new home. Every appliance manual with the receipt attached, paint colors/how mnay gallons, contractor contacts, etc...you get the idea. If you need the info later (and you will) it will all be in one place. And then when you sell the house thenew owners have a pile of information they would otherwise not have.

yes, if u boring with modern design you can adopt this classic design for your master bedroom
