Hello
I am in the process of a new kitchen and am looking for kitchen hardware
I never realized how expensive it is!!

Does anyone have any suggestions either online or store to get pulls and handles for kitchen cabinets?

Thank you in advance for any response

are you looking for contemporary or vintage/antique style pulls? If antique-y, try Van Dyke's Van Dyke's Restorers - The Source for All Your Renovation & Restoration Needs.

I've bought a bunch on overstock.com -- they often have sets of 5, 10, up to 25 IIRC, and they're generally reasonable priced.

I bought some leaf-design pulls (for drawers) and knobs (for cabinets) in bronze for my rental house -- wanted to take the ones I had at that house for my current house, so needed something relatively inexpensive but still nice for replacements. IIRC they were a couple of dollars each. (Actually, just found them: Stone Mill Oil-rubbed Bronze Laurel Cabinet Knobs (Pack of 25) - Overstock Shopping - Big Discounts on Stone Mill Cabinet Hardware .)

Three-plus years later, they are holding up fine at the rental house.

We just redid a kitchen and the contractor gave us their wholesale price. We saved a LOT of money and got what we really wanted instead of trying to find closeouts.

If there's a Habitat ReStore in your area, try there first.

I would go shopping in person to make sure you like the way it feels in person, and then when you have the brand and style number, you can comparison shop online for the best price. Sometimes, less expensive hardware feels cheap in person.

We just did ours. Look through the pictures page 3 of this blog.

Kitchen 3" and 5"

Bathrooms

The 3" handles for the bathrooms were $5 on Amazon. We got them for $3.99 through Rocklers

The large kitchen ones were, I believe over $6 locally and we paid $3 each in 10 packs on Amazon

The small kitchen were $4.72 at Home Depot. By ordering in lots of 25 we got them for $2.40 on Amazon.
