Harder than what? I find it the easiest kind of sink to keep clean. Wipe it out and you're done.
Stainless steel appliances. They always have fingerprints and smudges on them.
And as far as sinks go, I prefer a white cast iron/porcelain finish sink to a stainless any day, for the same reason. At least when you scour out the former, it looks clean for longer than 5 minutes.

I don't have a problem keeping my sink looking clean. Stainless is the best.

I'm tired of stainless steel. And it is SO much harder to keep clean.
You sound like my wife, 12 years ago. We bought black appliances when we built our house. Guess what’s much worse than stainless steel as far as showing dust and every fingerprint? We just changed them all out to stainless.

Another plus for white! One of the most foolish things I did was to replace our old dishwasher with a stainless one. Rinsing dishes and moving them to the dishwasher leave drips all over the front of the dishwasher. And it's one of the first things you see when you walk into the kitchen. Unfortunately, I don't feel like replacing the $700 dishwasher. (While I keep a spray bottle of club soda mixture under the sink to clean it, the old one barely showed a water stain.)
