I am thinking about re-doing my kitchen floors with patterned or stamped concrete. I want the look of tile, but think it may be easier to do patterned/stamped concrete. A vendor I spoke with said I could put it over existing tile, but that seems like a bad idea. Does anyone have any experience with this?
we have a stamped concrete patio..outdoors and love it. restaurants etc often have concrete floors. I haven't seen the stamped concrete indoors, but have seen the stained and acid washed floors indoors. As I stated, I have seen that use for restaurants etc. I suppose you could do it in a kitchen.
