Why would he do that if he's happy with laminate?

We put in the cheapest laminate we could find in our two back rooms. We figured that very few people will see those rooms and saving a bit of money on those two back rooms gave us a little bit more to spend on the rooms that everyone will see.

Unfortunately, former occupants put linoleum in the downstairs bathroom. I hated it from day one but we had so much else to do, that has been put on hold. But, we are hoping to FINALLY get rid of it this year.
