Yes. Older Hondas required 65 000 miles for seprpentine, newer ones do 100 000, so either way you due.
I'd also replace spark plugs immediately. Unless you have full proof they were done in the last 40 000 miles or so.
Also do transmission fluid and oil change. I never trust previous owners, just like you didn't trust Carfax.
Btw, your much worse concern is now TIMING belt. Those are due at 100 000 miles and you have interference engine. With VTEC engine you looking at roughly $650 for 4 banger and more than that for V6. They also do water pump, tensioner and pulley, which is smart to do as you are "there" but that'll set you back well over a thousand.
Welcome to the world of timing belt engines. Of course, unless you have timing chain...
Honda's with chains are all K24 4Cylinders that are in 2003-2008 Honda Accords, and the V6's all still have belts.
The V6's need belt replacements every 7 years or 105k miles.
The 2.4L 4Cylinder in the Accord has a chain designed to last the life of the engine, and it is self adjusting.
I have v4 engine so no need to worry about timing belt in my car.
Okie I will replace Spark Plug as well Belt.
One more question I have, what do you prefer should I buy my self and then go to mechanical ? as per my understanding he will charge me more in other option ?
Can you suggest some company name for both [Spark plug and Belt ?]
For belts, you can either pick up OEm belts from a Honda parts wholesaler (plenty online) or I've had good luck with Goodyear gatorback and Gates brand belts.

1. You have an I4, or inline 4. Not a V4.
2. If you want to try to bring in your own parts, I'd recommend finding a mechanic first BEFORE you buy anything. Finding one who will install your parts is not always the easiest task.
3. Dayco, Gates, and Goodyear are all belt brands I would recommend. As for plugs, I prefer to run NGK or Nippon Denso (ND) plugs in all Japanese imports. Whether you spend extra for platinum/iridium is up to you.
To keep with recommended maintenance, you will need to change the plugs with Iridium plugs since this is what you currently have. This is why you can go 100,000 miles with them. You also do not need to worry about a timing belt since you actually have a timing chain and not a belt. For the accessory belt, any of the brands above will do just fine. They are easy to change and you can find videos online on how to do this if you really don't want to pay a mechanic to do it.
Gates make extremely good belts. It's a simple swap. Youtube, as posted above and one or two simple hand tools will help you get the job done.
