Outdoor showers have a dirty little secret: They aren't always so clean.
At least not environmentally — or with regard to the law.
When used for purposes beyond rinsing off after a day at the beach, outdoor showers violate Title 5 of the state Environmental Code, Cape health officials said.
Like you don't put enough crap on the grass to keep it green-
and they think you should worry about a little Dove, Lever, or Johnson's "no more tears formula" Baby Shampoo- Oh, Please!!!!!!!!!!
Title 5 was written back in the "Kennedy Age"- mid-'70's. That was right after the "Iron Age" if I remember correctly. They were on enviro-mental overload.
