My bi-fold corner cabinet door hinge broke off. This is the hinge holding the two cabinet doors together (not the one holding one cabinet door to the cabinet itself). I tried going to HD to see if I can get a replacement. The HD rep. said I need to special order it and needed to know the cabinet manufacturer. I have no idea who made the cabinets (did not see any manfacturer's sticker anywhere). Is this part not a common replacement. HD only has the standard cabinet door hinge. Any ideas.

A picture might be able to help me out, i'm guessing this is some kind of lazy susan cabinet?
Go to a cabinet shop.HD only carries common contractor grade stuff. no need to special order.I probably have the hinge you need 10 feet away from me right now. I install for many cab shops not big box stores
Zot - The nearest Rockler store to Fairfax is in Winchester, Va so a little far for you, but there is a Rockler reseller at: 221-B Cockeysville Rd in Hunt Valley, Md. 21030 Phone 410 771 0213 or 800 875 0213; email caycewoodworking@cayceco.co. Web site is: www.cayceco.com.
If you can't find a cabinet maker in the area as suggested by Parfleche one option is that Rockler reseller.
Another helpful source is Woodweb, a woodworker's/cabinet maker's forum with several professionals participating. I was searching for a very difficult to find particular euro hinge. They led me to a source and a week later I was installing the hinge.

Yes, its the cabinet for the lazy susan. Here are some pictures. The only thing I found on the hinge was "DTC" and "ZA35". I assume they are the manufacturer and model. I searched the web and this is a Chinese company with little information about a US supplier. Here are some picts. Thanks.
I don't have those in my shop. If neither Everest or Parfleche can help and you don't find a cabinet shop nearby then Rockler does have a Blum bi-fold and other similar hinges. See pages 160 - 163 of their catalog. The Blum bi-fold is on pg 163.
Also, to get to the rockler reseller in Hunt Valley,Md head north on 695 to I83 north 15 -20 miles to Hunt Valley.
Good luck
