LOL, no it was Window World.
We are going with Andersen (a much better product) and DH is installing them...he likes to have a project going, and it will save $2000.

We are using Tempered glass in every window that is less than 18" off the floor, next to a door, and over the Jacuzzi. Better safe than sorry. It is not as though there is much difference in cost anyway.

I am well aware of the Florida codes. My husband's business was stained glass restoration, and he never could get a window protection supplier for Florida after the hurricane codes were enacted, so he pretty much had to write off FL.
It cost a company tens of thousands of dollars to test their products to pass codes, so they didn't do it.
