It wouldn't be a deal breaker but to me an simple name (regardless of how bad it sounds) is better than a long or hard to say street name.

I'll take Jack Ass Ln (actual street near me) over Dominion Village Americas Rd

My parents house has the best easiest street name: Park Ln

Not a street name but there was a housing development in Lenexa, KS called "The Plantation".

Cringed when I saw that one. They eventually changed it, probably was making it hard to sell the units.

Street names don't bother me. Sure it would be great if it was a name people could spell and pronounce, but that doesn't always happen. I'm buying a house not a street sign.
