Refinished the doors on my +-20 year old fireplace, and somehow a few minor but necessary pieces went missing.
I have the exact model # of the fireplace and the doors.
I'm reached out to not just the manufacturer but probably a dozen or more 'dealers' of some sort or another. Anyone who bothered to respond said either they have no parts and/or they're long-since discontinued.
So basically I'm looking for a needle in a haystack.
In some areas there are "residential salvage stores" that stockpile all sorts of things that come from remodeling / teardown efforts. If you can check with some of those place that can be a good resource for "bits and pieces" that may be needed to get your doors back together. Depending on how much trouble you are willing to go you might even find a local "welding and metal repair" firm that can create the "missing" parts from a good schematic. Have you tracked down the manufacturer? Most will be happy to email you the "exploded view" that then could be used to at least determine what needs to be re-created...

Manufacturer was no real help. Half the dealers I called off their list are defunct. The manufacturer has no direct contact number or email...just a push to local dealers.
A fabricator is really my best option I think...if I can get my hands on a parts diagram...
Improvise. Find similar parts, cut them down, etc.
