How about also give the location and year? Otherwise it's pretty meaningless.

Built it in 1992: $125k, 2,200 sq. ft., 4 bed 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, half basement, central IL
Sold 5 years later for $150k!

Marlboro MA, 1968, 2 bedroom, one bath, full basement, unfinished 2nd floor, hot air but no AC, no garage for $16,500.00. Redfin estimate now $360K. I would not pay more then $100K for that POS.

In 1981, my NSDH and I bought a home for $50,000. It was a 960 square foot three bedroom/one bath Cape Cod style house built in 1949.
