I am looking for window with brown, bronze or black frame. But most of the one I see is white or light neutral color. Most don't even have option for darker color.
Is it consumer preference? Anybody know a brand that has darker color but not too expensive?

The big box stores carry what sells, and lately that has been white. They are, of course, the cheap window sellers. If you want good quality windows you can get them in many many colors, including fake wood look, but they will cost more (and last longer). We have a company coming over next week to measure for new windows, and we are getting triple pane.
Home Depot does sell some good windows like Jel-Wen which come in 8 other colors, but they have to be ordered. They will be about double the price of the generic white windows they sell at HD.
Most of the new houses built in the last couple of years in my area no longer have white windows, they’re usually tan or taupe. I think it’s because builders are moving away from red brick to more earth tone colors.
A white window frame will stay cooler than a dark frame, e.g. dark brown. That likely will make it last longer because heat promotes degradation.
In my own house we have beige window frames. They still remain cool, but I like the color better than white. We bought them from Window World and I don't think they charged extra for that color.
We had bronze, now have beige, neighbors have red. Go to an actual supply store. If you do. It know who in your area sells windows - drive through some areas with houses under construction or just finished and contact the builder who his supplier or sub is.
