Basically the exterior door is a right hand swing. I am looking to turn it to a left hand swing. Is it possible to add door holes on the other side and fill in the holes on the previous side? If so, how much would it cost me?

Sight unseen, it's probably not worth the effort. It can be done, yes, but only with a certain amount of skill and the proper tools, and unless the finish is done perfectly, it will always have scars. (Fill etc. under paint will eventually show through unless it's done to the highest standars.)

Unless it is somehow unusual, expensive or unique, you are far better off selling it (or not buying it?) and getting a door that's correct for the doorway.

What material is the door made from? Is this a new door? Can't you order another with the swing you want?

If you could do it yourself it might be worth the time, but to hire someone, especially a licensed legit carpenter/contractor it's not worth it.
Maybe you could hire a handyman on the cheap but it's still probably not worth it.

Without seeing the door, there’s no what to tell.

Are both sides the same?
Is it the correct height for the latch plate?
New doorframe?

Way too many variables.

Don't forget, the side that opens also has a bevel on it, in many cases.

"Door"? Or door unit?
Wood, steel, or other?

Why can't you just do it right the first time? Get the "right" swing door (pun intended) and call it a day- beer thirty!!!

Quality doors have a bevel on both sides, usually a 2 or 3degree bevel on the hinge and strike side otherwise the door could be hinge bound.

The OP never mentioned if it’s a pre-hung unit, wood, painted or stained, etc. General lack of information..!

It could also be fiberglass or steel, which is a whole different issue. Can it be done? Sure. Is it worth it? Probably not.

If it's an entry door, just pull the frame and set it up so it swings out. Flip the hardware over and you are done.
