We had them come in a clean our carpets and I was expecting alot but have to say for $120 I am disapointed. Two weeks ago we bought a spot bot cleaner for stains, and I spilled baby food on the floor. I used the spot bot and it left a white circle where it cleaned. Well after the Cem Dry guy was done cleaning that spot is still whiter than the rest of the carpet. We also had an area where our cats missed the box and want to get whats call PURT, pet urnie removal treatment, and he told me it's would run 180$-$240 for a 10 x 10 area. If anyone else used other places and had better results please let me know who you used.
