1200 sf "workman's cottage" built in 1915, just the right size for the 5 of us! Three bedrooms, one bath, living and a "parlor". The third bedroom was added around 1980.

Moving into my first home in a week or two... 1200 sqft, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, detached garage, utility room in the basement (barely big enough for a sink, washer and drier). Big enough for me and a home office (self employed) with some room to grow.
