People who burn things and pollute the neighborhood are ignorant and only a change in public policy will stop them. They will never stop on their own because they do not understand.
Like maybe move into a neighborhood where everybody has propane tanks for heat and fireplaces?
Wait.. We can't do that!?! If one of my neighbors tanks blew up (which does happen) it would definately impact my way of life and my family.. I'd hate to be blown to smithereens..
So what the hell- let's ban those too! Besides, people with those propane tanks are just ignorant and don't understand..
I took personal responsibility and strategically placed myself in such a way to avoid the toxic plume of smoke rising from this cooking fire.
(That was homemade sausage in the pan, if I recall)
And that was a very eloquent piece of 'pownage' if I've ever seen it..
And because of it your here to tell about it. Great thinking!
I'm surprised your still alive. All that cooking using WOOD (the great toxic infiltrator). proof of that is all our great great ancestors who cooked and heated with wood are deceased.
Hey- I gotta make the coffee first thing.. (Oh snap- is caffeine bad for us too? Oh well- might as well ban that stuff too. Sorry about your luck, Starbucks)
Edit- and we took our bluetick hound with us on that trip and I failed to wash the toxic particulate matter off her coat.. Somebody call the SPCA on me!!!
I have a sure fire solution for kibblesandbits. She could move to one of two places: The western most point in Hawaii or the eastern most point of the Sahara Desert. No smoke polution in either place.
Well theres the 'vog' issue in Hawaii- the atmospheric condition when volcanic eruptions spew sulpher and all kinds of really nasty toxins in the air and drifts over Hawaii, and of course in the Sahara there are relentless dust storms that could choke all living life not aclimated to those extreme conditions..
LOL - I was thinking the same! - The bubble that is.
In a way I kinda feel sorry for her. With the sensitivities she, here husband and kids have it will be very difficult for her to find a comfortable place to live and her hypochodria (if that's a proper term) enforces those sensitivities.
Is the moon polution free?
