Gas Stove Parts Replacement Question (appliance, standard, vent, purchase)

What are the things pointed out by the green arrows called? Burners? Where can I purchase replacements for them? I can't seem to find any on google (searching for gas stove burners). I don't need anything fancy just something cheap and standard to replace the ones on my current apt stove. Thanks.
