With the staff being horrible, I imagine they replace people quite a bit. I was wondering if they are hiring right now for any property manager positions? I'm moving into Houston in a month.

I agree with sadly123. This place has gone down hill. The only honest person in that office was Jimmie. The rest of them were rude & deceitful. I've had so many lies told to me by that female office staff it's ridiculous. I've heard about a roach problem in one building from a leasing agent that claimed it was an isolated incident & has never happened before. BS!! The apartments & ground are nice but the type of residents that live here is changing. I've seen 8-9 year olds at the pool by them selves causing problems which says alot about the parents. Also, the windows were put into many of the apartments improperly so the windows leak in some homes. The deceitful office staff tried to convince me that it was condensation! There's a big difference between leaking water & condensation. I hope things will get better since it is under new management now bc this place is not worth the $1400 a month they are charging. As soon as I can move I am out of here!

Looked it up and this complex is not exactly in Sugar Land, it's outside of the Townewest neighborhood, correct? People get fooled by the Sugar Land postal address there, but anything that close to Bissonnet is more like Alief Lite. Go further south on Hwy 6 and the area is much better and safer, though the complexes may be older.
