Passenger traffic rises at Houston's airports (offering, percent, year)

Houston Hobby and Bush Intercontinental airports handled almost half a million more passengers in the first six months of 2010 than in the same period a year earlier.
From January to June, more than 24.1 million passengers traveled through Houston's two airports, up from 23.7 million in the first six months of 2009. Three airlines began offering service to Houston in the last six months.
Bush Intercontinental also saw an 8.6 percent increase in international passengers, receiving 4.1 million in the first half of 2010.
