Cities must have had to be a certain size to be ranked, because I'm sure there are probably smaller cities that are "safer."

I understand it made the list but from living in the Houston area and knowing people in Sugarland, I don't see that it is any safer than any of the other nice suburbs -- seems very similar.

I don't think we have any haters on here so far ... I think what we have are Houstonians who don't see the difference in safety from say The Woodlands, Kingwood to Sugarland - they are pretty much the same and all relatively safe.
