I need an Executive Office in The Woodlands 150 sq-ft to 300 sq-ft, but... preferably near Sterling Ridge where I will be living. I took at look at a couple in Timberloch near downtown and they are ok I guess, but if I can find something close to Sterling Ridge even better. I don't need to be downtown. If anybody knows of any anything in Sterling Ridge or even Creekside Park or Alden Brige or on Woodlands Parkway, I would appreciate it if you could give me some info or Webpage. If there arn't any.. ok..downtown will do just as fine. Thx.

The new building that The Kink Keller Williams office is in has executive offices available, I believe. I guy that I know has an office there anyway. That building is at Ashlane and Woodlands Parkway, in Sterling Ridge.

Lawyers are always doing office sharing agreements where someone rents an office and then gets receptionist services, conference room access and break room access. It might lead to good business referrals too depending on your business and who you "room with". The downside: Lawyers.
