Brief but powerful storm in Sugar Land. It knocked my power out for the exact hour I had a conference call, which I finished via cell phone since my regular phone requires electricity.

Hum.... When and if it'll rain, I'm wondering whether the rain will just run off from the ground or would the ground remembers how to drink and absorb the needy water .
