Hi,
Im moving from Norway to Houston in September and Im still looking for an apartment. I thought I had found one, but then read some bad reviews in here about that place, so I thought I should ask you locals for some help

It doesn`t have to be lots of clubs and bars etc just around the corner. Im looking for a nice place with a good neighbourhood - or maybe all neighbourhoods in Houston are great?
I can move later anyway, so to begin with I just want a nice place to get it all started, and then we`ll see.
I guess most of those places in the links have parking, swimming pools, fitness-center etc - so my question is actually all about location.
And the staff, since Ive read some different reviews about them as well.
Im moving because of my job, so the guys in the office would also be able to go have a look if I find some places that looks interesting.
Any help would be great!
Ps! You don`t have to mention the heat and humidity, I already know Im gonna be sweating most of the time
