Average Houston driver acts like average Houston driver.

Was probably texting while picking his/her nose and scratching his/her ass while drinking a bucket sized container of vaguely coffee flavoured milk.

The only Cayenne worth its salt is the Turbo S.

When you do something this stupid, do you get a bill from the construction crew whose day you affected?

I think so. My former husband ran into a light pole and received a bill from the city for its repair.

I'd imagine your insurance gets the bill and you get the fallout from what's not covered, whether that's a bill or a lawsuit.

The demolition, preparation, concrete/formwork/rebar + related materials, and indirect costs such as construction equipment and then the labor and those indirect costs ain't cheap when you add it all up.
