My neighbor is looking for someone who can pull about 10 CCTV cable drops, install 10 cameras and hook them up to the CCTV receiver. He got his own hardware and he only needs a labor type hand that can follow instructions on what needs to be done. Do you have any experience with anyone skilled that can do this job and charge it either as a project cost or hourly charge?

I’ve done my own CCTV system but I had the wires pulled while building the house so for me it was much easier. My neighbor doesn’t have the time to do it but wants to do it on a reasonable budget. The last quote he got from a security company was like $7.000 which is absolutely ridiculous.

Can you guys recommend anyone from personal experience or reputable references? Ideas? Suggestions?

Is already done by a contractor recommended by the CCTV Factory folks here in Houston. They charged $150 a drop which included the cables, camera install and connection to the CCTV DVR. The guy did a fantastic quality job I must say.
Thanks for all your offers...

Randy at Precision Installations did the ones at my house, highly recommended. These were for additional cameras after closing, so some were in locations that were quite a pain to get to, but they did a great job. Price was $75 per camera. 7139338614

Coog, read your email yesterday, called Randy last night, his guys came this morning and as im typing this, im a happy camper... They are very professional and for $75 a drop, cant beat that.

Call Randy now, just by talking with him over the phone, you can tell he is a good guy. Straight to the point, no BS... Im planning on adding 4 more cameras and will surely have them back at my house for that...

Precision Installations, thanks!!!
