Guys,

does anybody know where EXACTLY the new Exxon building (campus) is going to be build?

The Internet gives me two different locations for my search. Between I-45 and Hardy Toll Road is one option and between I-45 and 249 is another. The piece of land between the two roads in each case is huge.

Who can help me with an exact location?

PS: I talked to the company itself and they are not disclosing the location. They told me go and check the county records. It is so hilarious.

Not that hard to figure out - drive to that intersection and look to the right when headed south on 45 and you can see the huge construction equipment looming in the air. No surprise the company wouldn't tell you anything - why would they - they would feel no obligation to give a non-employee company information.

Since the area is wooded, you will not see anything but cranes. I highly doubt that it will be an open campus. So, unless someone flies over the area, you will have to wait for the press release if there is one.

Drove by Sunday night. They were working. Looks like a parking lot on the SB feeder, all lit up. Some streets are in and the is some clearing.

It is my understanding that Exxon will have to fund their portion of the Grand Parkway, which will go right through or next to their new campus. This should be a boon for the Woodlands, and the Northern parts of Spring/Klein, from Champions on up to Augusta Pines.

Exxon executive office from Dallas will be moving to Houston as soon as the building is completed. And so will be Chevron's HQ/Executive from California as soon as they break ground and build on the location next to 1500 Louisiana. Me like it a lot...
