Are you looking for a true custom home or something from a well-known builder like David Weekly?

I've heard nothing but good things about David Powers homes.

I would stay away from KB and Perry.

We purchased our home with Village Builders in Bridgeland. They build a nice home and implement many little things standard that most builders would not do. Of course, make sure to order an inspection if you purchase an inventory home.

We love our David Weekley home and they have been pretty good with taking care of warranty items, which haven't been many.
